How do I get started with Edit on the Spot App?
Installing
- Visit the Zoom Marketplace or Edit on the Spot App page.
- Sign into your Zoom Pro, Business, Plus or Enterprise account to add the App.
Streaming
- Schedule a meeting/webinar or start a new meeting (not your Personal Meeting ID).
- Press “...” at the right of the Zoom toolbar.
- Activate “Custom Live Streaming”.
- Edit on the Spot will record your content while you are streaming.
- To stop using the service “End Meeting” or turn off “Custom Live Streaming” on the top left.
Monitoring
- When the “Custom Live Streaming” starts a playback monitor will open in a browser tab.
- Mute the audio or close the tab to avoid sound feedback.
- The playback url can be shared to monitor or stream to a remote location via web browser.
Downloading your Files
- Once your recording is processed by Edit on the Spot AI automated editing services you will receive an email with a link to your project library.
- Click the link to login into your dashboard. Alternatively, you can login your account using your Zoom email address to retrieve your videos.
- Check your video, adjust it to your liking using the trimming tool, and click to add an intro and outro (png or mp4) from your Brand Kit.
- Save to process, download and share your video.
Uninstalling
- To uninstall, login with your Zoom account.
- Click Uninstall at the right of the app’s description.
